      LOCATION:
      Approximately 50km's North of Injune and 123km's South of Rolleston. The property is located 21km's along Yellowbank Junction Road which turns off the Carnarvon Highway.

      RAINFALL:
      Historical property rainfall of approximately 700mm (28" inches) in a area regarded for consistent rainfall at the base of the Carnarvon Ranges.

      LAND DESCRIPTION:
      The property is dissected by the tributary "Sardine Creek" which it is named after. The land either side of the creek has been selectively cleared on the flats and hollows before rising into ridges. These areas were timbered with Wilga, Broad Leaf Ironbark, Sandalwood, Box and pockets of Brigalow which have been cleared using mechanical or chemical means.

      Approximately 6,000 hectares has been developed to shaded grazing with the balance rising into ridges of remnant forest. The whole property has been aerial seeded with improved pastures with Buffel and Rhodes grass flown on the cleared country and Green Panic over the gullies and higher country. These improved pastures are supported by Bluegrass, Native Couch, Rhodes and Summer Grasses. Seca has been added over the past 5 years at 0.5kg per tonne of cattle supplement.

      CARRYING CAPACITY: Vendor has run 1,800 breeders and replacement heifers, recent work undertaken has enhanced the productivity.

      WATER
      The property is watered with six (6) equipped bores with another that is unequipped, sixteen (15) catchment dams and numerous permanent and semi-permanent holes in Sardine Creek.
